net-haus Software & Service, with HQ in Berlin, has started their new operation in UK with an office in St Albans.
Thomas Solle is the UK Area Director. Thomas will lead the over all operation of net-haus in the UK and develop the new market for the leading German Facility Management Software Hausmanager 2.0
Thomas has extensive experience as Management Consultant in the Construction industry in Germany and the UK. During his time in the UK he was involved in innovative building projects with HCA and also served as a non exec. board member for a housing association in the Highlands.
To develop the UK market, Thomas will concentrate to present the German way of Facility and building management to Property and Building Managers, Janitors and Cleaning companies in all different types for residential and commercial buildings.
The cloud-based Hausmanager 2.0 includes a mobile app for Engineers/Janitors/cleaners and other people not only working on a desk.
The solution is used successfully by companies from 5 to several 1000 members of staff.
With our presence in the UK we will cover the whole process from the 1st point of contact, the sales and set up, customisation and all after sales support.
